Accreditation Packages

The acQuire accreditation packages have been developed using a competency-based approach. Competency-based training places an emphasis on what a person can do in the workplace as a result of completing a training program.

The training program for each accreditation package consists of one or a number of units. Details of these units are available from the links in the table at the bottom of this page. Each unit has specified learning outcomes that the participants should attain while undertaking the learning/training for the unit. Participants gain accreditation when they have attained acQuire Technology Solutions competency for each unit of the package.

All the units in each of the accreditation packages have a list of prerequisites. This is to ensure that participants gain maximum benefit and attain competency for the learning outcomes for each unit. The units have been specifically designed for the level of prerequisite knowledge and/or skills listed.

acQuire will issue an accreditation certificate and an accreditation card (with unique identifying number) for a participant who has attained accreditation. The accreditation is valid for 2 years. To continue accreditation after the initial accreditation period, a participant must submit an application form.
