At acQuire, we believe that our employees’ technical skills are as important as their behavioural skills, which determine the ease with which they can accept and respect our company values. We have a well-defined, simple and transparent hiring process to select the right candidate for vacant positions.

Applicants need to apply online via our Careers> Current acQuire Opportunities page on the acQuire website. Applying will involve creating a secure online account where applicants can:

Interviews |
A panel of nominated acQuire employees will review the candidate applications to analyse whether their technical skills and experience match with the requirements of the position. Should the application be successful, candidates will be contacted directly, either by phone or email and invited to attend interviews at the acQuire office(s). |
Hiring Manager, Cultural Representative, Technical Assessor (Optional), Recruitment Officer |

Technical & Behavioural Assessment (Optional) |
Depending on the position and the job responsibilities, acQuire may require the candidates to complete a written or online assessment to help determine the job competencies are met i.e. knowledge, experience, skills, values and behaviour. During the initial rounds of interaction, the Recruitment Officer will advise whether it would be a requirement to complete a skills assessment for the specific position. The information gathered is used to develop a long term career/succession plan for all new employees. We ensure that the career and personal development needs and expectations of all employees are met and aligned to the company’s strategic vision and mission. |

Peer Reviews (Optional)
|
Candidates who are successful in the interviews and/or assesments may be required to attend a second round of interviews with the respective team(s) or department. This is done to determine how well the candidate will fit into the immediate team. |
