Fifty years of execution and consulting experience in geological exploration and QA/QC, geological modeling, due diligence/arbitration and audits, and other jobs on projects throughout North and South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Extensive exposure to multiple deposit types, including porphyry, vein, and manto-type Cu, skarn and VMS Cu-Zn-Pb-Ag, epithermal and Proterozoic Au-Ag, IOCG/skarn/metamorphic Fe, sulfide/laterite Ni, Co, Sn, Nb, Li brines, and various industrial and precious minerals (phosphates, bauxite, chromite, nitrates, iodine, potash, kaolin, high-purity quartz, building materials, etc.). Acted as Qualified Person for numerous NI 43-101 Technical Reports on base/precious metals and industrial minerals.

Professional registration with various international organizations (AIG/Australia, PGO/Canada, SME/USA, AIPG/USA), EFG/Europe, CCCRRM/Chile, and CBRR/Brazil, which allows QP/Competent Person status before most international, mining-related financial organizations and jurisdictions. In addition, Fellow of the GS (UK) and the SEG (EEUU) and Member of the CIM (Canada).

Ph.D. in Economic Geology and more than thirty years of graduate and post-graduate teaching experience, including QA/QC workshops/training to more than 3,800 professionals from 55 countries. Written/oral communication skills in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Russian, and Romanian.
