acQuire unveils Help Centre as part of fresh new look for Insite

acQuire’s Insite product has entered a new chapter with the launch of an online Help Centre.

Insite, developed exclusively for the South African mining industry, offers companies an integrated view of their social performance and progress towards their compliance targets. With the ability to monitor, track, and report on social performance data in real time, Insite removes the complexity of social compliance and ensures businesses can continuously improve on their social performance strategy.

Acquired in October 2022, Insite is the third product in acQuire’s suite of information management solutions, designed for the natural resources industry, that aim to deliver the ‘big picture’ of data with leading software solutions designed for confident decision-making.

As part of Insite’s recent evolution, acQuire has launched a dedicated Help Centre that provides Insite users with the resources to take ownership of their social performance learning.

The online resource is designed to assist technical users in resolving common technical issues, using step-by-step guides and purpose-built templates for reporting requirements designed to maximise the value data provides to their business, stakeholders and compliance and governance obligations.

Insite also provides social performance practitioners with legislative information to ensure they can keep up to date on changes to industry requirements and reporting standards.

Maritha Erasmus, acQuire’s Value Stream Leader – Social Intelligence, welcomes the ability for Insite users to take control of their social performance. “We want to provide our technical users with the information and support to operate independently and give our social performance practitioners the confidence and knowledge they need to make data-driven decisions”.

 

Along with the launch of the Help Centre is a fresh new look for Insite, signifying a stronger alignment to the acQuire brand and leveraging its experience in building fit-for-purpose software solutions for more than 25 years.
