GIM Suite software users can take advantage of new training options available in acQuire’s learning pathways program, GIM Suite Learning. The new learning units have been developed to upskill GIM Suite users wanting to take advantage of the powerful new features available in the next software release, GIM Suite 4.
GIM Suite 4 is due to be released on 20 November. It introduces an all-new interface called Arena, consolidating and building upon capabilities previously spread across Neo desktop and Neo web into a single, streamlined tool. It allows database managers to build interactive dashboards and reports for end-users to share, print and export their data.
The new interface is one of two components of GIM Suite 4, alongside acQuire 4.
A new online learning unit, Using GIM Suite 4, introduces new users of GIM Suite to the fundamental concepts and tasks of getting started with the software. It introduces the two components within GIM Suite, acQuire 4 and Arena, through a series of self-paced videos and practice simulations. Anyone who has previously completed, Using GIM Suite 3, can revisit the online unit to learn about the Arena component. Using GIM Suite 4 is available as part of the GIM Suite Starter course and is complimentary for acQuire customers as part of their annual software maintenance.
Database managers who are responsible for configuring workspaces within their GIM Solution, can sign up for a new learning unit, Task Design. The learning unit is part of the GIM Suite Practitioner learning course. It teaches database managers to work within the Arena interface to build interactive dashboards and reports using multiple elements. Attendees will learn to design and manage tasks, design scaled logs and create and manage workspaces in the web environment.
